There are three main types of gift you can leave:
We understand that family and friends come first, and we are truly grateful for any gift left to us. No matter how big or small any gift will make a lifesaving difference in the future.
If you don’t leave a Will, the government will decide who your assets go to. By creating a Will you can choose exactly how your estate is divided and care for your family, friends and the causes that are important to you.
It is important to ensure your Will is up to date, particularly if your family situations change, for example, if you get married, divorced, lose a loved one, or decide to start a family you might want to change the information in your Will. If you would like to use our free Will writing service to update your Will please contact our gifts in Wills Team.
We offer two straightforward options to write your Will for free, online or with a local solicitor – just visit our free Wills page to get started.
