Our trustees

Meet our trustees

Our trustees ensure that the North West Air Ambulance Charity fulfils its purpose of bringing the hospital to the patient. They make sure your donations are spent responsibly, help to decide the charity’s priorities and future plans, and ensure we abide by all regulations and laws.

Kim Spencer

Chair of the Board of Trustees

Kim qualified as a solicitor in 2002, working in Manchester for the first ten years of her career, and has been a director in a local law firm since 2008. Kim’s legal background and in-depth knowledge in areas such as employment law and practice, and business development, enables her to make a key contribution to the board and the charity.

She has been a trustee for the North West Air Ambulance Charity since 2008 and also sits on the Finance Committee, which is responsible for overseeing the charity’s financial statements and controls. When she’s not working, Kim enjoys running, going to the gym, skiing and hiking.
