Governance

How we work

Our trustees ensure that the North West Air Ambulance Charity fulfils its purpose of bringing the hospital to the patient. They make sure your donations are spent responsibly, help to decide the charity’s priorities and future plans, and ensure we abide by all regulations and laws.

We are a member of Air Ambulances UK, find out more about them here. By sharing best practices with other members and easily accessing key resources, this membership allows us to provide an even better service to those in need across the North West.

We are now able to access a tailor-made range of benefits, services, information, and resources, together with statistics and clear guidance on improved charitable, operational, and clinical best practices.

The North West Air Ambulance Charity is regulated by the Fundraising Regulator (find out more here)Information Commissioner’s Office (find out more here), and Gambling Commission (find out more here).

The terms and conditions for our Lift Off Lotto outline our rules of play and governance. View the full terms and conditions here.
