Join #TeamNWAA in the 2026 Keswick to Barrow Walk!
The Keswick to Barrow (K2B) walk is an annual Lake District event. Teams of 4 to 12 members take on either the 40 mile K2B or 21.1 mile Coniston to Barrow (C2B) route. On average, it takes runners 4 hours to complete the course and walkers finish in 8 -12 hours, giving you plenty of time to take in the beautiful views. Along the route there are 8 official timing checkpoints, as well as food and drink stations, first aid and support.

Thank you to the crew at the charity for saving my life, with their quick thinking and performance – in what must have been a very high-pressure situation. I was written off all the way but the decisions they made have given me more time with my family and children.
