The Dublin Marathon is one of Europe’s most popular city marathons, bringing thousands of runners together for an incredible day of running through the Irish capital. With a famously welcoming atmosphere, a fast and flat course and huge crowds lining the streets, it’s an experience you won’t forget.
Whether you’re taking on your first 26.2 miles, chasing a new personal best or simply looking for your next big challenge, Dublin is the perfect place to do it. You’ll make your way through the heart of the city, surrounded by fellow runners and supporters creating an amazing atmosphere throughout the route.
By running for #TeamNWAA, you’ll be taking on an unforgettable challenge while raising vital funds for North West Air Ambulance Charity. Your fundraising helps us keep our helicopters flying, support crew training and provide lifesaving emergency pre hospital care to people across the North West when they need it most.

How we’ll support you
As a member of Team NWAA, we promise to give you lots of support and encouragement along the way. You’ll be offered a fundraising pack filled with hints, tips and ideas to increase your fundraising, a free NWAA t-shirt and supporter signs to cheer you on! Our events team will be there to support all aspects of your fundraising – it is only thanks to your generosity that we can do what we do.
