If you feel you’ve reached a point where you are no longer in control of your gambling and it is not a positive experience, you can choose to stop through self-exclusion.
By self-excluding, you can remove yourself from future NWAA prize draws, lottery, and any other gambling products. You’ll no longer be entered into any draws, and we won’t send you any information on upcoming gambling opportunities.
We will take all reasonable steps to refuse service or to otherwise prevent an individual who has entered a self-exclusion agreement from participating in the gambling products selected.
You can choose the length of this exclusion. The initial exclusion period must be between six and 12 months, but it can be up to five years or permanent.
You will only be excluded from NWAA lotteries and gambling. Please consider self-excluding from other websites used to gamble and the facilities you use locally. For further support and counselling, please contact GambleAware or Gamcare (0808 8020 133). They also offer ways to prevent a person from accessing gambling.
Please read the full self-exclusion procedure.
If you just want to cancel your lottery membership and not self-exclude from gambling marketing please contact us on 0800 587 4570.
