Fundraising research volunteer
Help us build lasting relationships with new businesses in your area
As a fundraising research volunteer, you will support our Community and Events Team as we grow our presence throughout the North West. If you’re keen to develop your admin skills, learn more about fundraising, can build great relationships, and have a few hours spare, this could be a great role for you.
What you’ll get up to
- Research local businesses, industries and corporate groups in a specific area
- Identify how businesses and the North West Air Ambulance Charity can work together to meet shared objectives
- Help us build long-lasting relationships with new partners
- Help us maximise donations and keep our lifesaving service operational
What we need from you
- Good people skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Passionate about making a difference through admin and research
- Reliable and trustworthy
- A willingness to undertake training and take direction
- Able to work independently once you’re up and running
- Good IT skills – able to use Microsoft Word, Excel and email
- Time to spare – could you donate a few hours of your time a week?

When and where you can volunteer
Anytime! This role offers the flexibility of working on projects when it suits you. We may give you a time frame to work but the hours when you work are entirely up to you. This role is based remotely or can be based out of one of our regional hubs. (Kendal, Wilmslow, Head Office – Knowsley)
