Our fundraising community helps to keep our helicopters fueled, our crew equipped, and our operation ready to save lives.

Fundraising your way by organising your own event or challenge is a fantastic way to support us. Any money raised will make a difference to the lives of patients across the North West.

You don’t need to have everything figured out before registering your event and receiving your fundraising pack. Fill in the form below to give us an idea of your plans, and we’ll get a fundraising guide sent out to you soon.

What’s in your fundraising pack?

Our fundraising packs include all the information you need to make your fundraising a success. In the pack you will find information on our lifesaving charity that you can share with your supporters to help achieve your target. You can also find hints and tips to make the most out of your fundraising, like setting up an online donation page that can be shared far and wide.

Supporter fundraising agreement

I understand that I am raising funds in support of the North West Air Ambulance Charity, but I am not an employee, agent, or representative of the charity. I will not commit the charity to any contracts or liabilities.

I will comply with all laws, permits, and regulations that apply to my fundraising activity.

I will be truthful and respectful in all communications about my fundraising.

I will transfer all donations to the North West Air Ambulance Charity within 30 days of my event.

I understand the charity does not reimburse expenses unless agreed in writing.

I will keep records of donations and expenses.

How to send funds:

  • Cheque: Payable to “North West Air Ambulance” sent to: North West Air Ambulance Charity, North Mersey Business Centre, Woodward Road, Knowsley, L33 7UY
  • Bank Transfer: please call 0800 587 4570 to speak to our Supporter Engagement Team, who will provide further details.
  • Online Donation Platform: donate.nwairambulance.org.uk

I may use the charity’s name and logo only as provided in the guidance.

I will not imply official endorsement beyond what is stated.

I understand that I am responsible for any risks, accidents, or losses related to my fundraising activity.

I will ensure safeguarding measures are followed if my activity involves children or vulnerable people.
