Taking place on Sunday 14th March 2027, the Barcelona Marathon is an unforgettable race winds through the heart of the vibrant Catalan capital, passing world-famous landmarks including Camp Nou, the Sagrada Família, Parc de la Ciutadella and finishing just moments from the famous La Rambla.
Renowned for its flat and fast course, the Barcelona Marathon is perfect whether you're tackling your very first marathon or chasing a new personal best. Once you’ve registered, our dedicated fundraising team will be with you every step of the way, providing fundraising support, training encouragement and everything you need to prepare for race day. Whether you’re making your marathon debut or striving for a new PB, we’ll help you reach both your fundraising and running goals.
Every pound you raise will help North West Air Ambulance Charity continue providing expert critical care to people when every second counts. Lace up your trainers, soak up the incredible atmosphere of Barcelona, and make every mile matter.
Registration fee: £90 | Minimum fundraising target: £350
Thank you to the crew at the charity for saving my life, with their quick thinking and performance – in what must have been a very high-pressure situation. I was written off all the way but the decisions they made have given me more time with my family and children.
How we’ll support you
As a member of Team NWAA, we promise to give you lots of support and encouragement along the way. You’ll be offered a fundraising pack filled with hints, tips and ideas to increase your fundraising, a free NWAA t-shirt to wear with pride on the day! Our events team will be there to support all aspects of your fundraising – it is only thanks to your generosity that we can do what we do.
