For the first time ever, we are giving you the chance to enter our Winter Superdraw, with a top prize to £10,000!
For our Winter draw you can buy single one-off entries, meaning you don’t need a Lift off Lotto membership.
If you are already a Lift off Lotto member, don’t worry, you’ll be entered automatically. You can also now buy extra entries to boost your chances.
Every £1 ticket helps fund our lifesaving missions.
The Winter Superdraw will be live from the 1st October with the draw on the 18th December 2026, so make sure you buy your entries by the 16th December 2026.
Winter can often be one of our busiest periods
Between October and December 2025, we were called to over 960 missions. By entering our Winter Superdraw, youʼll be helping ensure weʼre ready whenever the next emergency call comes.

Saving lives over Winter
“The crew and I will be out across the North West this winter, ready to deliver critical care when every second counts. Iʼve seen first-hand how quickly lives can change. Iʼve also seen the incredible difference your support makes to patients and their families during some of the hardest moments of their lives.
Iʼve been a Critical Care Paramedic with NWAA for over 10 years, so Iʼve worked lots of wintry shifts across the North West. No two missions are the same, but your support has remained consistent. Looking back over the years, there are some memorable missions, all made possible by you.
I remember a pensioner in Cumbria who was suffering from heart failure and needed urgent medical treatment. The roads were flooded, and they were in an isolated village, inaccessible by a road ambulance. We were able to reach them with the helicopter, provide urgent treatment and airlift them to the hospital – a mission Iʼll never forget.
There was a road traffic collision involving a scooter. The patient was critically unwell and needed a lot of interventions that only we could provide. That day we worked very quickly and became so focused I had to check what day it was for my notes – it was Christmas Day.
We once had to leave the helicopter in a field overnight. Weʼd flown in to help a child whoʼd had an accident with a Christmas present, but the weather turned quickly. We treated the patient at scene and went with them in a road ambulance to the hospital. When we recovered the helicopter the next day, there were some yummy mince pies left next to it!
