Take on this 1-mile open water swim in the beautiful Lake District!
We’ve places available in the open water 1 mile Great North Swim 2022. Suitable for all swimmer abilities, you’ll take on the equivalent of 64 lengths of a 25m pool in the beautiful setting of the Lake District. On average it takes participants 40 minutes to cross the finish line. Your finish time will depend on your stroke, you might take it easy with breaststroke or challenge yourself with a speedy front crawl.
How to get involved:
Complete the registration form below by 31st May 2022 to secure your charity place. You must be 16 years old or over to take part. Places are FREE to register but require a minimum fundraising target of £150. We have 2 free places available for the 1-mile swim.
